EVL Test Benefits

EVL Test Benefits

When you are searching for an effective natural testosterone booster, you want to look for one that can increase free and total testosterone levels, one that will help you increase muscle strength, that improves physical and mental performance and stamina, and one that will enable you to increase lean muscle mass.

Evlution Nutrition’s next-generation testosterone boosting supplement, EVL Test,  appears to be exactly what you are looking for and at a much better price than most high quality boosters.

EVL Test includes some key ingredients like D-AA, Tribulus, Fenugreek, and DIM, along with several other important ingredients to help with your recovery and even help you get better sleep.

Sounds good right? Let’s have a close look at the ingredients in EVL Test.

EVL Test Ingredients and What They Will do for YOU.

EVL Test Ingredients

                                                        EVL Test Ingredients

The Important T-Boosting Ingredients in EVL Test include the following:

  • Vitamin D – Vitamin D is known to help regulate testosterone levels. Normally a person should be able to produce all the vitamin D they need by spending 20 – 30 minutes a day getting some sun. Of course, many of us spend most of our time inside because of working in an office. That is why you need to supplement your Vitamin D intake. The recommended daily amount is around 1000IUs. To keep your testosterone levels regulated, you should try to get at least twice that amount. Unfortunately, EVL Test is a little short on this ingredient.
  • Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 helps the body store and use energy from protein and carbohydrates and is critical for hemoglobin in the blood.
B6 is also important for brain function and your moods. It can increase testosterone and also helps lower the production of estrogen, which will then also promote more testosterone. B6 signals to your testes to create testosterone. Vitamin B6 doesn’t just boost your hormones, it also help with overall health and energy levels.
  • Magnesium – Magnesium is known to increase the bioavailability of testosterone. As we age, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) amounts increase and these nasty globulins bind with testosterone which makes it unavailable to the body. Several studies have shown, testosterone prefers binding to magnesium rather than SHBG. So, if you have adequate amounts of Magnesium in your diet, either thru foods you eat or supplements, you will have higher amounts of free and total testosterone.
  • Zinc – Having the proper amounts of zinc in your diet has been shown in multiple studies to increase levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), a hormone that stimulates testosterone production. Other studies have shown zinc to be a strong aromatase inhibitor, which blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which helps to maintain higher levels of testosterone.
  • D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) – The studies on DAA are very mixed. The most common conclusion is that it will help men with low activity levels and those that do not weight train. It has been shown to not help bodybuilders and athletes in performing better.
  • Tribulus Terrestris Extract – Tribulus Terrestris is highly touted as a strength and testosterone boosting ingredient. Unfortunately, research indicates that this just isn’t true. It has however been shown to help with erectile dysfunction and many other health benefits as listed below, that prove that this ingredient is a good thing to have in a supplement:
    • Shown to improve circulatory system issues
    • Helps decrease depression
    • Helps reduce issues with both menopause and andropause
    • Helps promote better quality sleep
    • Helps reduce blood pressure and improve blood circulation
    • Helps protect the prostate and urinary system
    • Helps increase endurance and stamina
    • Helps decrease cholesterol
  • Fenugreek Seed Extract –  Anyone involved in bodybuilding or weight training has seen that fenugreek has exploded onto the natural testosterone booster market in recent years. Many nutritional supplement manufacturers now include fenugreek in their testosterone boosting supplements, which promise enormous muscle gains with none of the side effects associated with anabolic steroids. The studies on fenugreek as a testosterone booster are very mixed. Only minor increases in testosterone have been reported. However, fenugreek has many other benefits for a man’s health. Here are some of the amazing benefits of fenugreek:
    • Helps control blood sugar and diabetes.
    • Lowers cholesterol levels
    • Reduces Cardiovascular Risks
    • Suppresses appetite for easier weight loss
    • Can help prevent colon cancer
    • Has anti-inflammatory properties
  • Diindolylmethatne (DIM) – DIM supports healthy hormone levels in men by helping to maintain ideal testosterone levels while optimizing estrogen-testosterone ratios. This can lead to improved lean body mass while promoting a healthy sex drive and helping to boost energy levels. But, DIM does not directly increase testosterone. It allows free testosterone to be made available by helping to release it from the SHBG.

A  few other ingredients are included that have nothing to do with increasing testosterone but are necessary in supplements:

  • Isomalt – This is just a sugar substitute and has no effect on blood sugar.
  • Stearic Acid – Stearic Acid is used in supplements to build and strengthen muscle. Stearic Acid supplements have also been used to lose weight. This acid does not increase cholesterol.
  • Methylcellulose – This ingredient helps keep you from getting constipated while taking EVL Test.
  • Magnesium Stearate – This is simply used to make the pills easier to swallow because of its lubricant capabilities.
  • Silica – Silica is also known by its chemical name, Silicon dioxide (SiO2). It is a natural compound made of two of the earth’s most prevalent materials: silicon (Si) and oxygen (O2). In supplements like EVL Test, it is used as an anti-clumping agent to keep the powder in the capsule from clumping. It is perfectly safe for all to use.
  • Povidone – This an ingredient that is just used as a binder for the material in the capsule. It does nothing in your body and passes thru unused.

Does EVL Test Cause Any Side Effects?

As with most testosterone supplements, this one is all natural ingredients. Some side effects reported by users after taking Evltest have been  headaches, sleepiness, and dizziness. Others have reported dehydration, so you have to make sure you are drinking plenty of water while cycling this supplement.

Also be aware, that Tribulus Terristris has caused Increased Prostate Weight in some users.

And, with the dosage of DIM in EVL Test, it is possible your Estrogen Levels may increase which of course is detrimental to increasing testosterone.

What is Unique About EVL Test Compared to Other Testosterone Boosters?

The bottom line is, Evlution Nutrition spared no expense in the development of EVL Test, when it comes to providing you with optimal and healthy natural testosterone levels. Even though EVL Test does not provide huge increases in testosterone levels, it does help your body naturally increase its own production to help you attain the physique and strength you are looking for. The unique part of EVL Test is its ability to provide you with optimal sleep at night, which is when your testosterone raises the most.

The Final Verdict on EVL Test – Great Product for the Price!

Does EVL Test boost your testosterone levels? I have to say no, at least not directly. I am happy that this formula contains some natural herbs like tribulus terrestris and fenugreek, because they both have some great benefits, even though they don’t boost testosterone much. Although it includes many of the best testosterone boosting ingredients, it’s missing a few key ingredients, such as Boron, that could provide real and consistent results for boosting testosterone. And, as I already mentioned in the ingredients section, several of the ingredients are under-dosed.

In conclusion, I like this product for an entry level testosterone booster and I really like the price compared to many other boosters.

It is worth a try for the price and it has some good benefits. Click on the Amazon below:

  2. Hello Curtis,

I am new to affiliate marketing. I actually have learned a lot from your site. I now can see how “tags” can be beneficial. And to include reviews. I think your site is laid out well, it’s clean, no clutter. Great job. I also think that being transparent is wonderful as well.

Also your site has a lot of insight regarding this problem and how to fix it.

    Thank you, Debbie

    • Thank you Debbie. I have worked hard to do it the right way and the training at Wealthy Affiliate hasn’t hurt at all. But, what did you think about EVL Test?

  3. I know one great way to boost testosterone . it is a good night sleep. I find that my body produces even.more testosterone during sleeping. There is no morning wood if I am lack of sleep. Try it out guys. Also don’t forget to exercise. Physical exercise do promote healthy body function as well.

    • All true and all covered on my website in several posts. It is a fact that we produce more testosterone while sleeping. That is when our bodies recover from the day and produce the needed hormones. Sleep, exercise and just as important is losing weight and eating right. Thank you for your comments.
