  1. Wow. What an informative post! I’m not surprised that Tongkat Ali is used in erectile dysfunction. In fact, I’m a firm believer in natural herbs (my mom and dad raised me on natural herbs) being the cure for all ailments. Also, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos (the East in general) is known for its medicinal plants. This is a supplement. But I’m wondering if you can buy this as the actual herb? Or do you think it would be too powerful as an herb by itself?

    • You can and should buy this as an herb to get all the natural organic benefits. I only recommend getting this from a very reputable Herb supplier, like Lost Empire Herbs. I have never ever heard of Tongkat Ali.  Natural herbs are definitly the way to go.  There are way too many pills and unnatural products out there for everything.  There do not seem to be very many side effects, not like the drug companies, with entire lists of side effects.An increase in energy is a great thing and it would seem that this would help with depression, possibly?

    • All natural is the way to go. Yes, this awesome herb will help with stress and the result of that should be less depression. If you feel good, have less stress and feel good about yourself, depression is reduced.

      Natural supplements typically do not have side effects unless they are abused.

  3. Hi Curtis, love this website, by the way, I have just left a comment on one of your other posts about Testo Roar which I would love a reply to when you have time, please.

    I’m not too sure if my testosterone levels are low but recently I haven’t been doing much exercise or weight training and I think that would lower it, wouldn’t it?

    I mentioned in my other comment that I had a heart attack and was a bit dubious about taking supplements with the medication that I’m on already, is the Tongkat Ali safe for everyone to take to get a testosterone boost or should we check with a doctor first?

    • Typical exercise, like aerobics do lower testosterone. High intensity interval training has been shown to increase testosterone. Heavy lifting will also increase testosterone naturally.
